RIM announced today that it will make a version of its BlackBerry software available via software download to users with PalmOS-based devices. The software will allow those users to access both enterprise and Internet BlackBerry servers. In addition, developers of PalmOS devices will be able to include the BlackBerry software in their devices. Commercial details of the program, such as pricing and when the software will actually be available to end users, were not disclosed.
