The Financial Times reports that Sony Ericsson, Siemens and Panasonic have agreed to increase their shares in Symbian to prevent Nokia from holding more than 50% of Symbian’s shares. The agreement among the parties should clear the way for Psion to exit the company, a move first announced in February.
