Today’s South China Morning Post reports that Hutchison’s 3G operator in Hong Kong has cut prices for the third time in a little over six weeks. RIM and Siemens announced that the latter company has become the latest handset developer to license BlackBerry. Siemens said it will offer a handset featuring the client in Q4 this year. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
