BT said it is well on its way to acquiring Transcomm and has received agreements to tender nearly 90% of the outstanding shares of the company. BT said it has extended the final date to tender shares until April 5 and intends to apply to the London Stock Exchange to delist Transcomm shares next month, when it expects its acquisition to close.
