Psion’s shareholders overwhelmingly approved the sale of that company’s stake in Symbian despite the objections of Psion’s largest single shareholder. Psion’s stake, which represent 31% of the outstanding shares, will be sold either to Nokia directly or to the other shareholders in Symbian, including Sony-Ericsson and Siemens.
