NTT DoCoMo said it has doubled its subscriber base for its WCDMA service in the last four months. The company said it now has 2M users; it had earlier forecast that it would not reach the 2M mark before March. DoCoMo also said it expects its coverage footprint to reach 99% of the country’s population by the end of March.
